Shipping policy

Thank you for shopping with Hunter Rose Shop! We work hard to get your order packed and on its way to you as quickly as possible. Please review our shipping information below before placing your order.

ORDER PROCESSING

Orders are typically processed and shipped within 2–5 business days, excluding weekends and holidays.

During sales, holidays, new releases, or periods of high order volume, processing times may be slightly longer.

Please note that processing time and shipping/transit time are separate. Selecting a faster shipping method does not necessarily shorten the time needed to prepare your order unless otherwise stated.

SHIPPING & DELIVERY

Shipping rates and available shipping methods will be displayed at checkout based on your order and delivery address.

Once your order has been shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with your tracking information.

Delivery estimates provided at checkout begin after your order has been processed and shipped.

Please keep in mind that delivery dates are estimates and are not guaranteed. Delays caused by the shipping carrier, weather, holidays, or other circumstances outside of our control may occur.

TRACKING YOUR ORDER

Once your shipping label has been created, your tracking number will be emailed to you.

Tracking information may take 24–48 hours to update after your package has been picked up or scanned by the carrier.

If your tracking shows little or no movement for a few days, this does not necessarily mean your package is lost. Carrier tracking systems can occasionally experience delays in updating.

MULTIPLE SHIPMENTS

In some cases, items from the same order may ship separately.

If your order is sent in multiple packages, you will receive separate tracking information for each shipment. You will not be charged additional shipping fees because your order was divided into multiple shipments.

SHIPPING ADDRESS

Please carefully review your shipping information before completing your purchase.

Hunter Rose Shop is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect or incomplete address provided at checkout.

If you notice an error in your shipping address, please contact us as soon as possible. We will do our best to make the correction before your order ships, but changes cannot be guaranteed once an order has entered processing or has been shipped.

LOST OR STOLEN PACKAGES

Once an order has been transferred to the shipping carrier, Hunter Rose does not have control over the package's movement or delivery.

If your tracking information shows your package as delivered but you cannot locate it, we recommend checking around your property, with household members or neighbors, and contacting the shipping carrier directly.

If you believe your package has been lost in transit, please contact us and the shipping carrier so the situation can be investigated.

DAMAGED PACKAGES

If your merchandise arrives damaged or you receive an incorrect item, please contact us within 3 days of delivery.

Include your order number and clear photos of the item, packaging, and damage so we can review the issue and assist you.

Please keep all original packaging until the issue has been resolved.

PRE-ORDER ITEMS

Items marked Pre-Order are products that are available for purchase before they are ready to ship.

Estimated shipping dates will be provided whenever possible. These dates are estimates and may change due to circumstances outside of our control.

If your order contains both in-stock and pre-order merchandise, the items may ship separately.

SHIPPING DELAYS

Once a package leaves Hunter Rose Shop, carrier delays are outside of our direct control.

Shipping carriers may experience delays due to weather, holidays, high shipping volumes, transportation disruptions, or other unforeseen circumstances.

We appreciate your patience while your package makes its way to you.
